1. Who we are

2. These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay, and the total you will be charged is shown before you confirm the order. There are no additional charges beyond that total.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an email confirming that we have accepted it and are dispatching the goods. If we cannot accept your order, for example because the item is out of stock or we identify a pricing error, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Where we sell

We sell and deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland will follow. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancellations and returns

See our Refund policy, which sets out your 14-day right to cancel, who pays return postage, and the hygiene-seal exception for earrings.

8. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us and we will put it right.

9. Product descriptions and materials

We describe materials and finishes as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Our jewellery is not medical or protective equipment.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage we cause. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including images, text and the Fasheve name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

13. Complaints

Email [support@fasheve.com — to confirm] and we will acknowledge within two working days.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
