- To prevent and investigate fraud, and to keep the site secure — legitimate interests.

Who we share it with
Our payment provider, our delivery carriers and fulfilment partners, our email and analytics providers, and our professional advisers. We share only what each of them needs. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records for six years after the end of the relevant tax year, as tax law requires. Product-safety and traceability records for as long as the safety legislation requires. Marketing consents until you withdraw them. Everything else no longer than we need it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent, and ask us to transfer it to another provider.
