Where we deliver
We currently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland will follow. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
Delivery options and charges
All prices include VAT.
- Tracked Delivery, orders under £40 — £2.95
- Tracked Delivery, orders of £40 or more — Free
- Express Delivery — £5.95
The total you pay, including delivery, is shown before you confirm your order. There are no customs charges, import VAT or handling fees to pay on delivery. Every order is sent on a delivery-duty-paid basis and you will never be asked for anything beyond the total you paid at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery times

Delivery times are working days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could accept it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may be chargeable.
Delays
If something is going to take longer than we told you, we will let you know. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Missing or damaged parcels
Contact us at [support@fasheve.com — to confirm] and we will resolve it. You do not pay return postage for goods that arrive damaged or faulty.
